Ensure guests feel important and welcomed in the restaurant.
Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
Adhere to timing standards for food and service.
Optimize service efficiency and increase table turnover.
Present menu, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Serve guests professionally and courteously.
Have complete knowledge of food, beverages, and retail items offered.
Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
Pre-bus tables and maintain cleanliness.
Minimize waste and control costs.
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed.
Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
