Provide exceptional service to every guest.
Ensure guests feel important and welcomed in the restaurant.
Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
Look for ways to improve service efficiency and increase table turnover.
Present menu, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Serve guests in a professional and accommodating manner.
Have full knowledge of all food, beverage, and retail items offered.
Use positive suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
Pre-bus tables and maintain cleanliness.
Minimize waste and control costs.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed.
Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical ability to perform job functions, including carrying trays.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
At least one year of experience as a food server in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
Any customer service experience will be considered.
