• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking for Continental dishes.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the head chef.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per safety regulations.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Comply with all health and safety policies in the kitchen.
