- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.

- Maintain customer records and update details in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide necessary support.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer outreach strategies.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
