Experience 
 
  • Experience in the petroleum industry
  • Experience in commissioning or start-up roles on large greenfield projects
  • Experience in handling system completion workflow processes
  • Experience in developing multi discipline system completion of EPC contractors and sub-contractors

The ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) Operator is responsible for managing and updating the commissioning database to track project completion, ensuring seamless integration of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. The role involves data entry, system administration, report generation, and coordination with various project teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date commissioning records.

ICAPS System Management

  • Manage and maintain the ICAPS database, ensuring accurate entry of commissioning and completion data.
  • Update system status for work packages, punch lists, certificates, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure proper categorization of subsystems, disciplines, and commissioning priorities within ICAPS.
  • Coordinate with commissioning engineers to verify system readiness and documentation compliance.

Punch List & Progress Tracking

  • Register, track, and update punch list items, ensuring proper categorization (A, B, C).
  • Monitor and report the progress of commissioning activities, generating status reports.
  • Coordinate with teams to close out punch list items efficiently.

Document Control & Reporting

  • Maintain and organize all commissioning-related checklists, reports, and certificates in ICAPS.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system completion and outstanding tasks.
  • Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers are properly recorded.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams to align system priorities.
  • Support the handover process by ensuring all required documentation is completed and approved.
  • Assist in audits and verification of system completion.
