Baking and Preparation:

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Bake bread, pastries, and other items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Decorate and finish baked products, such as applying glazes, icings, or other toppings.

• Assist customers with inquiries and special orders, providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to coordinate baking schedules and product offerings.
