We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a top-tier guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and janitors.
- Ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and high performance.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
- Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses to optimize efficiency.
