Job Description

  • Food preparation
    Prepare food to meet guest specifications, and ensure proper food temperatures and storage 
     
  • Kitchen management
    Oversee kitchen staff, and ensure they adhere to standards and sanitation requirements 
     
  • Inventory and supply management
    Manage kitchen inventory, and ensure supplies are fresh and high quality 
     
  • Menu planning
    Assist with menu planning, and create menu selections in response to seasonal changes and customer demands 
     
  • Kitchen equipment
    Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, and keep the workstation and kitchen clean and organized 
     
  • Kitchen opening and closing
    Take charge of opening and closing the kitchen, and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef
