Maintaining and repairing equipment: Troubleshoot, fix, and perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment like ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more
Installing new equipment: Install new kitchen equipment
Performing preventive maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
Collaborating with kitchen staff: Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Communicating with others: Communicate with other food industry professionals and technical staff
Keeping records: Keep a log of repairs and services needed, and maintain records and inventories of all equipment
Providing customer service: Provide excellent customer service for restaurant professionals
