Job Description

• Supervise a team of ELV technicians and ensure the work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV systems such as access control, security systems, AV systems, Projectors, PLC systems, VFD’s, Lighting control systems, Networking systems and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure that the ELV systems are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep the ELV systems in good working order.
• Provide technical support to electricians and other staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ELV system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Good knowledge about CAFM system, PPM closing and assigning to team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that ELV systems are integrated effectively into the overall building systems.
